PORT-AU-PRINCE — The apply of offering free legal help to alleged kidnappers and their accomplices should come to an end, Haitian attorneys say. 

According to the native each day, Le Nouvelliste, attorneys from Haiti’s 18 jurisdictions have urged the president of the Federation of the Haitian Lawyers Bars to cease the apply. The attorneys say they’re outraged on the current barbaric acts perpetrated by armed gangs. Read extra
